Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to administer online surveys and analyse results to gauge customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Administering online surveys to customers to collect feedback.
Analysing survey results to identify trends and insights.
Drawing meaningful conclusions and recommendations from data
Presenting findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Collaborating with teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
Continuously monitoring and improving the survey process
Required Skills:
Experience conducting online surveys: Min 1 YR experience with Survey, Survey Analysis, Survey Design and Survey Instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or other European languages.
