US Tech Solutions HR Generalist II in Culver City, California
Job Description:
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.

Experience:
Amazon HR experience required –
Needs to know how to do HR Generalist role duties such as LOA, FMLA, Benefits. Been a part of the COE or benefits team. Post hire HR functions.
Supporting corporate teams not Fulfillment centers is a plus.
Tech savvy need to be able to pick stuff up quickly – experience with Excel and MS office is required
Basics of amazon tools and processes required, and has been through one performance cycle.
Strong communication, verbal and written to communicate with clients

HR experience
Management experience
Education:
bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
