US Tech Solutions Project Manager I in Hartford, Connecticut

Job Summary:

  • Leads the day-to-day activities of a business-sponsored project or some of its components to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsible for the success of the project or project component.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading, planning and managing a project team with limited, local scope or sub-components of a larger project to accomplish project objectives

  • Manages all key project governance documents, such as the Project Charter, Workplan, Communications Plan, and Risk Mitigation Strategy

  • Acts as the liaison between project team members, Project Manager, Program Manager and/or the Portfolio Manager to ensure that expectations and objectives are clearly understood by all parties, and to communicate project information including the status of deliverables, scope changes, and issues

Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3-5 years of digital project management experience, inclusive of road map design in process or design software.

  • 3-5 years of Adobe Analytics experience.

  • 3-5 years of agile project management experience.

  • Experience crafting beautiful and seamless digital customer experiences in highly regulated environments.

  • Experience working in health insurance and/or health care industries across varied customer business models.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
